Denver,CO – Windsor, a Member of KÄRCHER North America, announces the certification of their entire sales force, upper management and marketing department as Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) ISSA Certification Experts (I.C.E.).

Windsor’s upper management achieved CIMS I.C.E and I.C.E.-Green Building (I.C.E.-GB) certification at ISSA/INTERCLEAN® North America 2010, and the remaining team members achieved certification at Windsor’s state-of-the-art Excellence Center training facility. Instructor Dave Frank conducted a one-day training and certification course where 60+ Windsor employees successfully completed the I.C.E. and I.C.E.-GB certification.

The CIMS Standard applies to management, operations, performance systems, and processes. Compliance with the Standard demonstrates an organization is structured to deliver consistent, quality services that are designed to meet the customer's needs and expectations.
